1 Eligibility and Account Registration

• jl79 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation of unusual account activity.

4 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on jl79 are governed by the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jl79 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet under normal circumstances.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

jl79 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Confirmed involvement in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Requests by the account holder to close the account, including self-exclusion requests.
• Inactivity for an extended period, as defined in jl79's internal account management policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited after investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to inactivity, any verifiable real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
